Semantiqs provides automated ad optimisation tools for Meta advertising accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with Meta's advertising policies and any applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
By enabling Autopilot mode, you authorise Semantiqs to pause and unpause ads on your behalf based on the rules you configure. You remain responsible for all ad spend and campaign outcomes.
Semantiqs is not liable for any ad spend, lost revenue, or business outcomes resulting from automated actions taken by the platform. Always review your guardrail settings before enabling automation.
