Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Semantiqs account and everything in it at any time. This page states the two ways to do it, exactly what is removed, and the one thing deleting your account does not do.
Delete it yourself, in the app
Open Profile and settings, then Accounts and plan, and choose Delete next to the account you want removed. You will be asked to type the account’s name to confirm, since this is permanent and cannot be undone.
Or ask us to do it
Email support@semantiqs.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We aim to complete a request within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
What is deleted
Deleting an account removes its ad structure, performance history, automation rules and activity log from our database, and deletes the stored Meta access token so we can no longer read or act on the account. This is permanent: there is no recovery once it is done.
What is not deleted
Deleting your Semantiqs account does not, by itself, revoke Semantiqs’ access on Meta’s side. That is a separate permission you granted directly to our app in Meta, and you can remove it at any time from your own Meta Business settings, under Business Integrations, whether or not you delete anything here.
